PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Do your best not to infect others. Cough and sneeze into your elbow.

STAY AT HOME

and away from work, school and other public spaces. If you go out, avoid using any kind of public transportation, ride sharing or taxis.

WASH YOUR HANDS REGULARLY

with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.

MONITOR YOUR SYMPTOMS

Monitor your symptoms carefully. If your symptoms get worse, call your healthcare provider immediately.

REST AND HYDRATE

Healthy hydration levels can decrease irritation when coughing, sneezing and even just breathing.

STAY AWAY FROM PEOPLE

as much as possible. Use a separate bathroom, if possible. If you need to be around others, wear a facemask

Avoid sharing your personal items with other people in your household, like dishes, towels and bedding.

INFORM HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS

If you have a medical appointment or need to schedule one, call ahead of time and let the personnel know, that you may have COVID-19.

CLEAN ALL SURFACES

that are touched often, like tabletops and door nobs. Use household cleaning sprays or wipes as instructed on the label.
